Reporting Spam

If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via the Onteractive system or purported to be sent via Onteractive, please follow this process to report it:

  1. Attach a copy of the offending email message to a new email message
  2. Email the message with its attachment to abuse at onteractive.com
  3. Please note that we will not respond to your email unless you request a response.
